SSS Salary Loan
SSS Member Loan
The SSS salary loan is part of the member loan which is divided into 3 types inside. The first is the salary loan, the second is the calamity loan and the third is the emergency loan. The SSS salary loan is basically divided into 2 more parts which is stated below.
Salary Loan Part 1:
In this part of an SSS loan is included the definition of salary loan, qualification of member who can make the loan, determining the loanable amount, payment duration, interest, other fees charged, renewal, payment process, payback worse case scenario and requirements, papers and documents needed to make a salary loan.
Salary Loan Part 2:
The second part of SSS salary loan data in the official website of SSS includes renewal date, how the member should pay the loan, employer obligations to SSS, how member can pay the loan when separated, resigned or transferred to another loan and more about worse case scenario for paying the loan of SSS members. I would like to follow up my SSS ID/Card.
It’s been almost two years now…and I’m still waiting for my card be sent via snail mail.
I have already checked at our municipal post office (Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur) and barangay mailing station (Coronon,Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur), but it has found unavailable.
My officemate, Mr. Nicart Ian Flor already have received his SSS ID/Card just recently. We were together in the SSS Toril, Davao City branch processing the SSS ID/Card on October 13, 2010.
Please, help me with my concern.

Hi! I just wanna ask regarding SSS Salary Loans. I was granted a salary loan last December 2011 in which the first amortization started in the month of January 2012. I resigned from the company where I filed my loan and they have deducted IN FULL the amount of my loan without any consideration to the interest that was advanced by the SSS from my 24month salary loan. In addition, the company had not yet remitted such amount to the SSS. In my case, I am very much willing to pay my loan following the monthly amortization.
Is it illegal? It was indicated in circular P-14 that the new employer is required to deduct from my salary loan amortization due for the month.
I hope you could provide me enlightenment as to the legality of my claims.

I applied for athe ATM Style na SSS ID last 2010 pa just got it after a year 2011..now nung dumating sa akin ..MALI ang birthdate ko…so I went to the SSS branch sa amin and I was informed that it will take ANOTHER YEAR just to correct that mistake….ganun ba talaga katagal inaabot samantalang birthdate lang naman ang papalitan nila? I just dont get it bakit magkakamali pa samantalang kasama naman ang birth certificate ko nung ipasa ko mga requirements para sa SSS ID na yon…nahilo pa ako kung saan hihingi ng update kung kanikanino ako ipinasa then bumagsak din pala ako sa unang pinagtanungan ko…some customer service..haaaayyy…all I want to know now is ganun ba talaga katagal just to correct that mistake?

may itatanong lang po ako, nag tatrabaho ako sa isang company, nag loan ako nung 2010. ngayong 2013 mag loan ako pero nalaman ko na di pala na bawas sa sweldo ko yung loan sa sss, ang tanong ko po:
1. bukod sa cheke , ini inform po ba ng SSS ang employer (Company) na ang isang member ay nakapag loan para ito ay ikaltas sa sweldo ng member?
2. sa paanong paraan kaya? sulat? tawag sa telepono?
gusto ko sanang malaman kung na inform sila , kasi po mukang kasalanan ng company ko kung bakit hindi nabawas sa sweldo ko yung bayad sa loan ko nung 2010.

Hello po, just want to ask if whom to approach at sss office if i will pass my employer’s written certification for my online salary loan? My employer just gave me a written certification which sss salary online loan application needs. Nag apply kasi ako ng online salary loan then my employer fail to log in due to system failure so they just gave me a written certification so that my online application will be approve. So my question is where or to whom will i pass this certification? Thank you po.
