SSS Salary Loan
SSS Member Loan
The SSS salary loan is part of the member loan which is divided into 3 types inside. The first is the salary loan, the second is the calamity loan and the third is the emergency loan. The SSS salary loan is basically divided into 2 more parts which is stated below.
Salary Loan Part 1:
In this part of an SSS loan is included the definition of salary loan, qualification of member who can make the loan, determining the loanable amount, payment duration, interest, other fees charged, renewal, payment process, payback worse case scenario and requirements, papers and documents needed to make a salary loan.
Salary Loan Part 2:
The second part of SSS salary loan data in the official website of SSS includes renewal date, how the member should pay the loan, employer obligations to SSS, how member can pay the loan when separated, resigned or transferred to another loan and more about worse case scenario for paying the loan of SSS members. Ask ko lang po ung application ng Salary loan sa status po nakalagay Null. Does it mean rejected? Kase po when I applied online last monday, sabi I have to submit the salary loan form together with supporting docs. To all inquirers, please check from the sss official website as follows http://www.sss.gov.ph/
from there you can create, i mean, you can register/sign up as member so you can check everything about your sss account(from contributions-to loan, everything). If you’re not a member, you can check from the menu/s what you want to know but that’s basic. I suggest to register as member, very easy…. Please help your selves.

Hi! Please try to compute your loan amount from the following and please note that just in case you have a penalty from your previous loan, it can also be deducted:
How much is the interest charged on a salary loan?
The loan shall be charged a nominal interest of 10% per annum. First year’s interest shall be deducted in advance from the proceeds of the loan. Second year’s interest shall be included in the monthly amortizations.
Is there a service fee?
Yes. A service fee of 1% of the loan amount shall be charged and deducted from the proceeds of the loan.

just wanna ask about my loan contribution.i was working with bos coffee last 2004-2009.that was my previous employer when i was having my loan last 2008.my first contribution was last nov. 2008 until march 2009.i have a new employer now and i updated my loan contribution.i was employed with my new employer last dec. 2010.i was shocked to knw that i still have 1 more year to pay my loan.y is it that the loan contribution with my previous employer was not included.i called ur office many times no one will pick up the phone maybe all the employee is very busy.hop to hear a reply from u regarding this matter.

gusto ko po magloan kaya lang ayaw pirmahan ng employer ko ang SSS Loan Form ko dahil wala pa daw akong 6 months sa company. 37 months na po ang nahulog ko at 2 months palang ako sa new employer ko…tama po bang hindi pa ako pweding magloan dahil wala pa akong 6 months sa company?
