SSS Online Service
The SSS E-Services or online inquiry is actually a young development related to making SSS service more comprehensive and useful even to its youngest members who have online access or internet. With the SSS online service, what members can do is to make online inquiry through exclusive access to different concerns regarding their personal SSS data.
Some of the accessible information in E-Services are contributions, membership records like loan, remittances as well as online transaction through appointment setting with the SSS branch serving near their area. Requesting copies of such records are also allowed as well as e-payments through their e-payment facility.
A members forum may also be found at the SSS E-Services section where any concern regarding SSS issues may be addressed and talked about. However, the discussion board and messages are all moderated to avoid any unruly comments and so on.
In order to access SSS E-Services, please register using your own user name and password. An E-mail will be sent by the Social Security System automatically wherein you will have to confirm. Upon confirmation, you may now use that log in details sent to you to get in the system.
Please be reminded that you need to take care of your user name and password and never share it with anyone else and keep a reserve record of it in a valued notebook or diary or anywhere safe.

I had my mdr submitted at sss binan year 2016 in order to change my status. Lo and behold, when i am to apply for a new id ngayon, hindi pa daw updated ang status ko and i need to bring the original documents na naman. Sa san pablo branch sana ako kukuha ng id. At hindi nila alam at mukhang wala rin sila pakialam kung bakit hindi na update ang record ko. They do not give a damn kung 7am pa lang ay pumila na ako at nagleave pa ako para sadyain ang opisina nila. Ano ng nangyari sa centralized system ng sss. Nakakainis. Buti sana kung araw araw ay may dala kang original copy ng marriage contract. At matuto sanang sumagot ng maayos ang mga staff ng sss san pablo. Hindi yun sasabihin na hindi nila alam kase sa binan ipinasa. As if magkaiba silang government agency.

Hi po, ask ko lang po kasi yung mother ko will turn 60 years old on september 20, pero may babayaran pa kasi kami ng 4 motnhs pa sa sss under loan restructuring program til december pa po kasi yun. ask ko lang if pwede ba na mag file na kami ng retirement then ideduct nalang po sa lump sum yung remaining 4 months nya. salamat.
