SSS Online Service
The SSS E-Services or online inquiry is actually a young development related to making SSS service more comprehensive and useful even to its youngest members who have online access or internet. With the SSS online service, what members can do is to make online inquiry through exclusive access to different concerns regarding their personal SSS data.
Some of the accessible information in E-Services are contributions, membership records like loan, remittances as well as online transaction through appointment setting with the SSS branch serving near their area. Requesting copies of such records are also allowed as well as e-payments through their e-payment facility.
A members forum may also be found at the SSS E-Services section where any concern regarding SSS issues may be addressed and talked about. However, the discussion board and messages are all moderated to avoid any unruly comments and so on.
In order to access SSS E-Services, please register using your own user name and password. An E-mail will be sent by the Social Security System automatically wherein you will have to confirm. Upon confirmation, you may now use that log in details sent to you to get in the system.
Please be reminded that you need to take care of your user name and password and never share it with anyone else and keep a reserve record of it in a valued notebook or diary or anywhere safe.

ask kolang po yung sa sss ko,nag-fle ako sa sss calamba laguna ng first loan ko noong feb 16 2012,but till now wala parin yung check ko sa compony namin,samantalang ang mga kasamahan ko sa work ko eh nakuha na nila,eh nauna pa po ako sa kanila,nong feb 21 2012 sila nag-fie sa sss,bakit po ganun? sabi after 2wiks makukuha ko na,eh 3 wiks na po wala prin? nakukulitan na sa akin ang company namin sa kakatawag ko if meron na….paki asikaso naman.

Nag file po ako ng sickness last January 8, 2012 period of December 15-19, 2011 and confinement period. Bumalik po sa company namin last february asking for a copy of medical abstract. Binalik po namin sa sss last February 8, 2012 until now wala pa din po response from sss regarding my claim. Gaano po ba talaga katagal ang processing? Baka po pwedeng ma check kung ano na status.

Gd am po, ask lang po kung paano ko malalaman ang status ng salary loan ko. Last payment ko po I think year 2000 pa po. Good day!….ask ko lng po, f bakit hindi parin na e post ung july contribution ko….nakabayad na po ako ng 37months, pero hanggang ngayon hindi parin maaprovahan ung loan ko dahil nga sa july na pending.bakit ho!kaming mga seaman hulog ng hulog ng maximum na contribution n sa oras ng pangangailangan nmin hindi kmi mkapagloan?..para lng ba sa inyo ung hinuhulog nmin or para sa iba? or para un sa akin?..please po,nakailang blik na ako sa ss wala paring tulong na ibigay…baka ngayon plang.

My wife went to SSS Branch Office to pay my quarterly contributions, My wife supposed to pay my contributions Sept. 2012 for Oct. to Dec 2012 Quarterly,
The person which my wife talked to says she will only accept. contributions for the last quarter, leaving the Month of Sept. 2012 (one month) Unpaid, which means I have a lapse of One month, I dont understand this? this is new rules or what? maybe the person at Meycauayan Branch, dont know what to do with this. She is also not friendly, rude and not a kind of employee to deal with. thanks

..Good day! kagagaling lang namin sa SSS to ask about our id pero wala din ksming napala pinapatawag kame sa ID Center to confirm pero walang sumasagot…anu bang klaseng sistema meron kayo to think na 7 hours na walang patid na akong tumatawag pero wala pa din sumasagot?? dec. 2011 pa ako ng file ng id ko sabi 1 to 3 months madedeliver pero until now WALA PA DIN!!!! eto pa nakakainis, I have a friend na nung december 2012 lang ng apply ng id tapos january 2013 dumating na ung id nya… ANU? May I request na improve and services ng pagreceive ng contribution sa mga empoyer. Kasi sobrang tagal. And kailangan naming magspend ng 1 day pag sss na ang transaction, at dumating ng sobrang aga.
Mas damihan ang mga satellite office and magdagdag ng staff kasi sayang ang oras talaga.
Pati mga call center, ang tagal sumagot.

Hi, Good morning, Clarify ko lang po. About sa Status ko, Kung may hulog ako ng 1month sa company na pinasukan ko then after nun nag online job ako since ngayon and i think tatagal na kong Online job (Odesk), tama ba yung hinuhulog ko na “SELF emplyed” sa monthly contribution ko? almost 1year na ko naghulog or dapat na “VOLUNTARY member” and dapat na ilagay??

I was then advised 6 weeks but when I ask as to how will I know if there’s a check generated they advised me to check my online account from time time. But I’d like to know if there’s any update about it.
