New SSS Online Inquiry System Account Registration Update
Just to let our readers know, there is a new system for SSS online account registration update. You can read it in the official Social Security System Philippines website at sss.gov.ph or read it below as we took a screenshot of the said new release by the agency of the Philippine government.

The SSS website is now implementing two-phase online registration procedures for the members with the aim of ensuring the accuracy/validity of basic member information, thus, minimizing, if not eliminating, incidents of failed registration and/or non-receipt of e-mail on registration outcome.
Phase 1 will require you to provide the following information: SS number, first name, middle name, last name, date of birth and e-mail address. Upon submission of the information, these will be checked with your SSS records. If correct, the system will display the message that an e-mail has been sent to your e-mail address. The said e-mail will advise you to click on the given link to continue with your registration. In case, however, that the information supplied is different from SSS records, appropriate error message/s will be displayed on-screen to inform and guide the registrant.
Phase 2, on the other hand, will ask you to provide additional personal information such as mother’s maiden name, address, contact number, preferred user id and password, current membership status, and employer ID number (for employed member or household help only) or Receipt No./Over-the-Counter (OTC) transaction number (for OFW, Voluntary and Self-employed members). If your registration is successful, you will receive an e-mail containing your user id and password. If not, the e-mail will inform you that you have not successfully registered in the SSS website and advise you to call (632) 9206401, local 6201 or e-mail member_assistance@sss.gov.ph for assistance. You may also seek the help of the SSS branch office nearest you.

Hello po ask Lang po sana.ika 6 working days na since nag request ako ng SS certification sa poea ortigas pero wala pa until now.sabi kasi nila 5working days Lang gagawin pero lagpas na di rin malinaw ang sinasabi nila.need to rush na po kasi.

im just want to udate my sss ID,,but things got complicated as before it will be done i was requires to submit my birth certificate,,but the thing is my BC is delayed registratin.and the sss will not accept this for the reason its delayed registration.so they advise me to get a baptismal certificate,,and i got it,,,now the’re asking other things from me.as i was told before they will base my updated ID thru my baptismal certificate…i am now very much dissappointed with the predicament i have now with hte SSS.

pls respond and recommend a reliable remittance business where we can send our contributions here in London. I tried Kabayan Remittance, their site is excellent but they don’t process SSS remittances. I use to send thru Global Express but they don’t give you any updates nor to respond if they have sent your contributions.
I access my SSS Account and it seems my contribution for the year 2016 is still not reflected. I did pay for 2016 contribution in the last week of November thru Global Peso Express Remittance. But to date Jan 14, 2017 have no any news. If you are paying, would that not make you weary?

Good day! ! I just want to inquire why my application for miscarriage benefit is not accepted by sss legaspi. They are still asking for biopsy result which is taking a lot of time because it was sent to Manila.we have to wait for 1-2 months for the result. .I’m wondering why they don’t accept it we already have all the documents needed from the doctor and the clinic I was confined during my miscarriage. . Which is based from the form is allowed to have at least 2 of those documents. Thank you.
