New SSS Online Inquiry System Account Registration Update
Just to let our readers know, there is a new system for SSS online account registration update. You can read it in the official Social Security System Philippines website at sss.gov.ph or read it below as we took a screenshot of the said new release by the agency of the Philippine government.

The SSS website is now implementing two-phase online registration procedures for the members with the aim of ensuring the accuracy/validity of basic member information, thus, minimizing, if not eliminating, incidents of failed registration and/or non-receipt of e-mail on registration outcome.
Phase 1 will require you to provide the following information: SS number, first name, middle name, last name, date of birth and e-mail address. Upon submission of the information, these will be checked with your SSS records. If correct, the system will display the message that an e-mail has been sent to your e-mail address. The said e-mail will advise you to click on the given link to continue with your registration. In case, however, that the information supplied is different from SSS records, appropriate error message/s will be displayed on-screen to inform and guide the registrant.
Phase 2, on the other hand, will ask you to provide additional personal information such as mother’s maiden name, address, contact number, preferred user id and password, current membership status, and employer ID number (for employed member or household help only) or Receipt No./Over-the-Counter (OTC) transaction number (for OFW, Voluntary and Self-employed members). If your registration is successful, you will receive an e-mail containing your user id and password. If not, the e-mail will inform you that you have not successfully registered in the SSS website and advise you to call (632) 9206401, local 6201 or e-mail member_assistance@sss.gov.ph for assistance. You may also seek the help of the SSS branch office nearest you.

I would like to know how many contributions I have made to SS since I started working (not continious) and if I am entitled to the pension depending on the number of my contributions. My sss number is 03-26728286. I took out a salary loan in 1972 but I don’t remeber if I finished paying it since I resigned closely after. I began working gain after many years.

Good day, this is something new to me (online salary loan processing) that’s why I’m still finding my way in and outs… I’d like to inquire the possibility of renewing my salary loan with ss no. 3326720935 i have been a member since 1995 and had my initial salary loan from my previous employer Allorica (Advanced Contact Solutions) but unsure if my former company has successfully deducted my contributions. I have not heard any news if my loan has been paid since then. Now I’m planning on getting a salary loan again with my current company at SYKES ASIA INC. Your immediate response is highly appreciated. Thank you

Dear Sir/Madam,
I’ve tried several times to register on-line but to no avail. The main problem is I that I could not supply a receipt no. for my previous remittances. The reason being that I used to remit thru the bank and the receipt no. I used to get from the bank is not acceptable. Anyhow, the reason I want to register is because I just want to follow-up my application for retirement benefits which I submitted a month ago. Is there any other way that I may inquire on line?
